Pack Your Device
Securely place the item in its original box including all manuals, cables, and accessories to ensure your return is eligible for a full refund.
Attach Shipping Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it to the outside of your package, ensuring any old shipping barcodes are covered.
Drop Off and Track
Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your receipt; once our technicians verify the device's condition, your refund will be processed within 5 business days.
